The content is also subject to a teaching license which grants the right to deliver such content.

Record sessions or redistribute materials.
Use content for any commercial, educational, or training purposes not expressly approved by us in writing.
Exploit any part of this website or its contents without explicit written permission.
Co-brand, frame, or hyperlink to this website without explicit written approval.
Adapt materials for use in your own business or programs.
Use any proprietary terms or techniques described on our website or within our courses, including but not limited to, Subconscious Healing, without our prior written permission. This term represents a licensed technique and is protected under intellectual property law. Any unauthorised use is a breach of these Terms and the licensing agreement and may result in legal action.

Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also violate the terms of our teaching license agreement. If you wish to use or reference any of our protected terms or content, you must contact us to seek written approval from all parties. Legal action may be taken for infringement.

Licensed Content And Usage Restrictions

All content, techniques, and materials offered through our courses, sessions, and products are taught solely for your personal learning and development.
You do not have permission to teach, reproduce, license, share, or deliver this material to others in any form—whether for free or commercially—unless you have received written authorisation or hold a valid license agreement from Inspire Your Wave.
Any attempt to repackage, resell, or use these techniques with clients or students, including under a different name or brand, is a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to, using any portion of our programs or proprietary tools in your own coaching, therapy, wellness, education, or digital products.

Use of Trademarked Terms & Protected Language

Certain terms and phrases used in our content, courses, or marketing may be trademarked or protected under license. For example, Subconscious Healing is a technique-specific term used to describe a proprietary method that is legally protected.
You are prohibited from using any such protected terms in your own materials, offerings, advertising, or online presence, unless you have been explicitly granted permission or licensing rights from Inspire Your Wave.
Misuse or misrepresentation of protected terminology is a violation of both our intellectual property rights and the terms of our third-party licensing agreements.

User-generated Content

User-generated content remains your property, but by posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to reproduce it and use it.

Users may post testimonials, comments, reviews, or participate in forums. Content must not be defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful.

4. PROGRAM AND SERVICE PARTICIPATION

By enrolling in or purchasing our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Programs include but are not limited to:

Retreats, workshops and live events in-person
Group sessions, meditations and private coaching
Children’s programs

Access is granted as per the product description at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change offerings or cancel programs as needed.

Account Registration

To access certain services, users must create an account and provide accurate personal information. You agree that all information provided is current, complete, and accurate. You agree not to share login credentials, impersonate others, or misuse the platform. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may impair the site's functionality or the experience of others.

Users must be 18+ unless participating in a supervised children’s program.

Affiliate Disclosure

Our website, services and emails may include affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. Any income statements or testimonials are not guarantees of earnings and reflect individual results. We only promote products or services that we believe bring value to our community.

Availability, Errors, & Changes

We do our best to maintain accuracy but cannot guarantee the website will be error-free. We may change or discontinue any service without notice.

Free Trials & Subscriptions

Some services include a free trial. After the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel. On-going subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis as per the agreement at the time of checkout. You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your account dashboard.

You are responsible for securing your passwords and accounts. Any unauthorized attempt to hack, alter, or damage the site or access other user data is strictly prohibited. 5. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method as a one-off or recurring payment based on the selected product/service.
Pricing may change without notice.
Payment must be made in full prior to access.

We accept payment via secure third-party PCI-compliant providers such as Stripe. We do not store your card information.
You are responsible for any international or currency conversion fees, taxes, duties and fees.

6. REFUND POLICY

Online Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted due to immediate access to materials.
Live Sessions/Events: Non-refundable except under extreme circumstances.
Hybrid Programs: Non-refundable due to immediate access to materials.

Requests for exemptions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a detailed explanation of your progress and queries. We appreciate your kind participation in resolving any requests.

7. CHILD PARTICIPATION & PROTECTION

We offer programs that include participation by children. For these:

Parental or guardian written consent is required.
The parent / guardian assumes full responsibility.
A parent or authorised adult must supervise children at all times for either in-person or live online sessions / events.
All facilitators are required to hold valid Working With Children Checks or equivalent clearances.
Children must not have untreated psychological conditions, or be on psychotropic medications, without medical clearance.
Children must not have psychological or psychiatric conditions unless cleared by a qualified health provider.
You acknowledge and accept all risks and agree to take responsibility for your child’s emotional, physical, and mental welfare.

Children’s Access

Our services are intended for adults 18+. Children may participate only in designated programs with parental consent. Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for overseeing their child’s engagement with our services. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without consent.

8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, MEDICAL, LEGAL & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMERS

By participating, you confirm:

You are responsible for your own, (or your child’s) well-being, and participate voluntarily.
Our services are for educational and informational purposes only.
This website and all of its services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis or therapy.
This website and all of its services are not a substitute for licensed financial or legal advice.
That you will consult with a qualified professional before acting on any information provided.
You voluntarily choose to participate and accept all associated risks.

You release Inspire Your Wave, and all of its staff, affiliates, support team, and contractors from liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising before, during or after participation.

We use third-party platforms to deliver our services, (e.g., Zoom, Kajabi, Stripe, Meta). These providers have their own privacy and usage policies. By engaging with our services, you also agree to the terms of these providers.

We do not accept liability for data or experience breaches caused by third parties beyond our control.

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any services or content at our sole discretion. Violations of these terms include but are not limited to; misuse of services, or engaging in inappropriate or abusive behaviour.

13. LIABILITY LIMITATION

All legal proceedings must occur in Queensland, Australia courts.
Not make any statement, whether oral or written, that disparages, defames, or otherwise harms the reputation of the other party, their business, or the subject matter of this agreement.
